Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Log in, go to Manage Subscription, and click Cancel. Once canceled, no future charges or shipments will occur.

When will I be billed for a subscription?

Your first payment is processed at checkout; future renewals bill automatically on the schedule you selected until you skip or cancel.

My free gift was missing—what happens?

If a promotional item was left out, we’ll add it to your next subscription shipment. Free gifts are not shipped separately.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If an order comes back due to an incorrect address, we can refund the product price (minus shipping) or reship for an additional fee, provided the items arrive in good condition.

My order arrived damaged—what should I do?

Email photos of the damage to support@prismpotion.com within 7 days of delivery. After verification we’ll send a replacement. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.

How do I track my shipment?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email—click the link to follow the package with the carrier.
