Returns & Refunds

30-Day First Order Guarantee

We want you to love Prism Potion. You are encouraged to try the product from your first order to see if it's right for you. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply let us know.

To receive a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date.

Refund Conditions

1. Eligibility - This guarantee applies only to your first order with us.

2. Product Returns - No physical return is necessary.  You do not need to send the product back to us.

3. Refund Amount - We will issue a 100% refund for the product price. Any shipping and handling fees paid at the time of the order are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Simply email our support team at support@prismpotion.com with your order details within the 30-day window. We will process your refund for the product price, no questions asked.

Undelivered or Returned-to-Sender Orders

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer a refund (minus shipping) if the product is returned in good condition.

  • We can also reship the order for an additional shipping fee.

  • Refused shipments are not eligible for reshipping or refunds unless returned in perfect condition, and any return fees will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email support@prismpotion.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the product and packaging.

  • If the damage is verified, we’ll send a replacement.

No replacements will be processed without photo evidence. No claims accepted after 30 days.

Ordering Policy

Order Changes

Need to change or cancel your order? Email us immediately at support@prismpotion.com.

  • If your order hasn't been packed, we can update or cancel it.

  • Once a packing slip has been created, we can no longer modify the order.

Duplicate Orders

We are not responsible for accidental duplicate orders placed by customers. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If a duplicate is placed, our standard return policy applies.

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Canceling Your Subscription

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your initial purchase. 

  • To cancel, log into your Prism Potion account and follow the cancellation instructions.

  • Once canceled, no future charges or shipments will occur.

Free Gifts

If a free gift was missing from your order, we’ll include it with your next subscription shipment. Free gifts are not shipped separately.
