Shipping policy

Currently Shipping to the U.S.

• Orders ship in the U.S. with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.

• We are not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

• Be sure to provide accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

• If your package is marked delivered but can’t be found, we’ll do what we can to help, but we are not liable for missing packages once confirmed delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us at support@prismpotion.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue.
