After leaving active duty in the Marine Corps, I faced health challenges connected to toxic burn pit exposure during deployments in the Middle East. Like many veterans, I spent years navigating the VA system while working to regain my health, endurance, and energy.

During that time, I became disciplined about my nutrition, recovery, and training — running up to 50 miles per week while maintaining a consistent lifting routine. So in 2016 I began incorporating performance mushrooms into my morning coffee and noticed improvements in my endurance, recovery, and ability to sustain intense training over time.

That experience eventually led to the creation of Prism Potion. Prism Potion was built around a simple belief: real performance is earned through consistency, movement, discipline, and recovery. Our products are designed to support that process — not replace it.

We also believe an active lifestyle is one of the most important foundations for long-term physical and mental health. Part of our mission is to support youth sports initiatives and organizations like Heroic Hearts Project that help veterans heal, reconnect, and rebuild purpose after service.
